导师化教育的初体验

The First Experience of the Tutorial System in Residency Training

导师制教育在我国已经被引入住院医师培养,但目前仍处于探索阶段,从2009年开始,西安市第四医院眼科开始试行"导师化"的培训,取得了一定的成绩。本文从导师和住院医师的角度同时阐述了一个导师制教育的成功案例,得出结论:导师制的建立,使眼科住院医师的综合水平得到较快的切实提高,工作更加积极主动;同时,也明确了导师职责,导师们教书育人的积极性也得到有效激发。

The education of tutorial system has been introduced in residency training in our country,but was still in the exploratory stage. We started a 'the tutorial system' training From the beginning of 2009,and has made certain achieve- ments. This paper introduced a successful case from both the tutor's and student's point of view,and we came to the conclusion: The comprehensive level of residents were improved rapidly,the roles of tutors were clarified and the enthusiasm of tutors was stimulated by The establishment of the tutorial system.
