摘要
为了筛选诱捕效果最佳的诱捕器及诱芯,于2012年5月8日至8月9日,在海南省文昌市迈号镇面积为5.3hm2的莲雾种植园进行了4种类型诱捕器和5种材质诱芯对橘小实蝇雄虫的诱捕效果比较研究。结果表明:涡旋式诱捕器(Victor trap)诱捕效果最佳,且与其他诱捕器差异极显著,自制矿泉水瓶诱捕器效果最差;4种诱捕器诱捕效果从高到低顺序依次为涡旋式诱捕器>Steiner诱捕器>Combined诱捕器>自制矿泉水瓶诱捕器。纤维板诱芯诱捕效果最好,与海绵诱芯差异不显著,与椰壳块诱芯差异显著,但未达到极其显著水平。插花泥诱捕效果最差,与纤维板和海绵差异极其显著;5种诱芯试材诱捕效果从高到低顺序依次为纤维板>海绵>椰壳块>脱脂棉>插花泥。综合考虑材质的诱捕效果及体积吸水率,在实蝇发生高峰期,使用涡旋式诱捕器和低密度纤维板进行诱杀,可取得最佳效果;当虫口密度较低时,则推荐使用高密度海绵作诱芯,效果相当,且节约人力和用药。
Four kinds of traps and five kinds of lure cores for capturing Bactrocera dorsalis(Hendel) were compared during May 8 to August 9, 2012 in a Syzygium samarangense orchard of Hainan Province, China. The results showed that Victor trap was the most effective type, which was extremely significant different from other three traps. Home-made plastic bottle trap was worst. Trapping effects of the tested four traps were, in order, Victor trap, Steiner trap, Combined trap, and home-made plastic bottle trap. Lure core of fibre board was most effective, which was not significant different from sponge. Fibre board was significant different from coconut shell, however, not extremely significant. Ikebana mud were worst, which was extremely significant different from fibre board and sponge. Trapping effects of the tested five lure cores were, in order, fibre board, sponge, coconut shell, absorbent cotton and ikebana mud. Based on the volumetric water absorption and trapping effects of different materials, combination of Victor trap and lure core of fibre board was recommended when the population density of fruit flies was high. However, when the population density was low, lure core of sponge should be used, which was more economical.
