摘要
本文对咖啡短体线虫、穿刺短体线虫、伤残短体线虫和卢斯短体线虫等4种常见的短体线虫进行了详细的形态学比较研究,提出将唇环、唇区缢缩、雌虫尾形、a值和受精囊形状作为主要鉴定特征,可以对这4种线虫进行初步鉴定。
Four commonly found Pratylenchus species, P. coffeae, P. penetrans, P. vulnus and P. loosi were morphologically studied and compared. Libial region shape and annuli, female tail shape, a value and spermatheca shape could be used as main identification characters.
