铁离子敏感膜的自组装制备及光学性能测试

摘要 根据静电自组装原理,采用聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDDA)和聚4-苯乙烯基磺酸钠(PSS)制备了自组装膜,考察了膜层自组装过程中的吸光度变化。并通过添加Fe3+指示剂磺基水杨酸的方法,利用PDDA、PSS自组装体系,制备了具有铁离子敏感性的自组装膜。试验结果表明,所制备的敏感膜完整、均匀。光学性能测试表明,所制备的敏感膜在不同浓度铁离子溶液中的吸光度变化与铁离子浓度具有较好的对应关系。 Based on the electrostatic self-assembly principle,self-assembly film were prepared by using poly diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride(PDDA) and poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS).In the experiment,the absorbance changes of the film in the assembly process was investigated.Through the method of adding the Fe3 +indicator that was sulfosalicylic acid in PDDA and PSS self-assembly system,self-assembly film with iron ion sensitivity were prepared.The morphology under scanning probe microscope showed that the sensitive film prepared was integrated and uniform.The optical performance test indicated that the sensitive film in solution of different concentration of iron ions had a good corresponding relationship with absorbance change of the sensitive film and iron ion concentration.
