摘要 为了提高透明导电膜的柔性和导电性,近年来银纳米线透明导电薄膜的制备受到越来越多的关注。银纳米线的合成方法主要为水热合成法、种子诱导法等。本文论述了银纳米线的制备技术及其优缺点,阐述当前银纳米线透明导电薄膜领域的最新研究成果,并对其市场应用及发展趋势进行了展望。 Recently,preparation of silver nanowire transparent conductive film(AgNW-TCFs) has drown more and more attention,for the aspiration to improve the flexibility and conductivity of transparent conductive film.The main synthesis techniques of silver nanowire include hydrothermal synthesis,seed-induced method and so on.In this paper,preparation technology of silver nanowire and its advantages and disadvantages were discussed,and then the latest research results in AgNW-TCFs were reviewed covering the market application and future development tendency.
