外倾安装与传统安装盘形滚刀破岩中的能量利用对比 被引量:1

Comparative study on energy utilization of outward-slanting mounted disc cutters and traditionally mounted ones during rock breaking

摘要 降低全断面岩石掘进机盘形滚刀破岩过程中的比能一直是研究的热点。通过在设定条件下,对比外倾安装盘形滚刀和传统安装盘形滚刀破岩过程中的比能发现,适当外倾安装盘形滚刀可有效降低盘形滚刀的破岩比能;17、19和21英寸盘形滚刀在刀间距为76 mm时,适当外倾安装,其破岩比能较同规格传统安装盘形滚刀的破岩比能小,比能减小相对量最大发生在10 mm贯入度;贯入度在10mm以下,外倾安装的17、19和21英寸盘形滚刀在刀间距为76 mm时,破岩比能比传统安装的同规格盘形滚刀破岩比能减小相对量基本相同;而贯入度在10 mm以上时,外倾安装的19英寸盘形滚刀破岩比能比同规格传统安装的盘形滚刀破岩比能减小相对量相对较大,其次是21英寸盘形滚刀,再其次是17英寸盘形滚刀。该结论在研究中尚属首次发现,希望能为全断面岩石掘进机研制理论的发展提供基础依据。 How to decrease the specific energy consumed by TBM disc cutters in the process of rock breaking has basked in the limelight at home and abroad. The comparative study of specific energy consumed by outwardslanting mounted disc cutter and traditionally mounted ones was conducted in given terms, it was revealed the disc cutter properly outward-slanting mounted proved to be effective in decreasing the specific energy of rock breaking.While the cutter space was 76 mm, the specific energy consumed by outward-slanting mounted disc cutters with diameter of 17, 19 and 21 inches respectively was smaller than that of traditionally mounted ones with the same size, and the largest relative reduction of specific energy occurred at the penetration of 10 mm; the relative reduction of specific energy consumed by outward-slanting mounted disc cutters with diameter of 17, 19 and 21 inches while cutter space was 76 mm had virtually no difference from that of traditionally mounted ones with the same size at the penetration less than 10 mm; while the penetration was more than 10 mm, compared with traditionally mounted disc cutters with the same size, the relative reduction of specific energy consumed by the outward-slanting mounted disc cutter with diameter of 19 inches was the largest, which was followed by the disc cutter with diameter of 21 inches,and then 17 inches. These findings were obtained for the first time in the field, and hopeful for providing a basis for the development of full face rock TBM.
