基于SolidWorks二次开发的气动凿岩机设计与仿真研究

摘要 利用Visual Basic 6.0开发SolidWorks,建立气动凿岩机零件的三维模型构建体系,采用Visual Basic的WebBrowser控件实现SolidWorks文档的打开和操作,并在此基础上进行了参数化设计与运动仿真的研究,缩短了气动凿岩机开发周期,提高了产品设计质量,降低了设计成本。 Visual Basic 6.0 was applied to develop SolidWorks, so as to build a 3D modeling system of the parts of the pneumatic rock drill. The control of WebBrowser in SolidWorks was applied to realize the opening and operation of SolidWorks files, and then the parametric design and the kinematic simulation were studied. The system shortened the development cycle of the pneumatic rock drill, enhanced the design quality and reduced the design cost.
