新阳煤矿充填液压支架的研究与应用 被引量:3

Research and application of filling hydraulic support in Xinyang Colliery

摘要 新阳煤矿采用矸石和粉煤灰充填开采综合机械化采煤技术来解决村庄下压煤开采问题。为解决不稳定顶板下开采充填,研制了ZCY7200/16/26型两柱掩护式充填液压支架对采煤与充填工作空间顶板进行有效支护。模拟结果表明,该充填液压支架可靠性高,操作简单,满足矿井充填与开采工艺互不影响的要求,在充填效果良好的情况下,破坏等级为Ⅰ级,满足房屋使用要求。 The technology of comprehensive mechanized coal mining with filling of gangues and fly ash was applied in Xinyang Colliery so as to excavate coal under villages. In order to ensure mining and filling operation under unstable roofs, ZCY7200/ 16/ 26 two-columned shield filling hydraulic support was designed to effectively support the roof above the mining and filling space. Simulation results showed that the support had high reliability and simple operation, as well as met the requirements that mining operation and filling operation could not affect mutually. In the premise of ensuring good filling effect, the damage level was ¢,which satisfied the service requirements of the building.
