基于可靠性分析的采煤机健康度监测系统设计 被引量:6

Design of shearer health monitoring system based on reliability analysis

摘要 针对现有采煤机监测系统使用不便、缺少可靠性分析功能及软件监测界面不全面等不足,设计了采煤机健康度无线监测系统,包括无线监测装置、工作面巷道上位机和井上监测中心三个部分。基于FTA(故障树分析)和FMECA(故障模式影响及危害性分析)可靠性分析理论,建立了采煤机故障数据库,基于LabVIEW开发平台设计了采煤机健康度监测系统软件。该系统在天地科技股份有限公司上海分公司采煤机装配车间通过了现场调试,并利用所采集的传感信号进行了健康度分析,分析结果准确,证明所设计的系统可用于提高采煤机自动化水平。 In view of the deficiencies of present shearer monitoring system, such as inconvenient operation,lacking of reliability analysis capability, incomplete monitoring interface etc., the wireless monitoring system of shearer health was designed, which included the wireless monitoring device, the crossheading master computer and the monitoring center above ground. The failure database of the shearer was established based on reliability analysis theory of fault tree analysis(FTA) and failure mode, effects and criticality analysis(FMECA), and then the system software was developed by LabVIEW. The system had been tested in the shearer assembly workshop of Shanghai Branch of Tiandi Science & Technology Co., Ltd. The collected sensor signals were used to analyze the health degree, and the accurate analysis results was obtained, which showed that the designed system was helpful for improvement of shearer automation.
