摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,采用拓扑优化方法,以最小应变能为设计目标,将自锁式电动提升机箱体的零件体积按照一定比例逐渐减小,并计算出每次体积减小后的结构柔度应变能以及单元和节点的最大应力。通过分析比较优化前后最大应力和体积发现,优化后的最大应力符合设计要求,而体积却是优化前的37.4%。这种方法在机械产品设计中具有很好的使用价值。
By applying ABAQUS and topology optimization method as well as with the minimum strain energy serving as the design goal, the housing volume of the self-locking electric lifting hoist was reduced in accordance with a certain proportion, the structural flexibility strain energy and the maximum stress of element and node were obtained after every reduction of volume. Through comparing the maximum stress and the volume before and after optimization, it was shown that the maximum stress after optimization complied with the design requirements and the volume after optimization was 37.4% of the one before optimization. The method possessed application value in design of mechanical products.
