摘要
为保证快速投切离合装置在投入过程中内外花键正常接合,消除轴向冲击,提出了以改变内外花键的结构来预防冲击的优化方案。该方案能够解决离合器投入时产生轴向冲击的问题。结果证明,采用优化方案可有效消除花键套与输出端半联轴器发生挤压所产生的轴向冲击,并可借鉴到因内外花键的接合而产生冲击的案例中。
To ensure normal meshing of internal spline and external spline in process of fast clutch switching and eliminate the axial impact, an optimization scheme of altering the structure of the internal spline and the external spline was proposed so as to prevent impact. The scheme could prevent the clutch from generating the axial impact in process of clutch switching. Results showed that the scheme effectively eliminated the axial impact caused by squeeze of spline sleeve with half-coupling at output end. The scheme could be applied to impact caused by meshing of the internal spline and the external spline.
