考虑物料破碎形式的球磨机最优转速率研究 被引量:2

Study on optimal rotary velocity ratio of ball mill considering material breaking style

摘要 球磨机工作时,物料的破碎形式主要包括冲击破碎和研磨破碎。钢球与物料的径向碰撞能量主要起冲击破碎作用;切向碰撞能量主要起研磨破碎作用。在特定条件下,分别求出了单位时间总碰撞能量和径向碰撞能量最大时所对应的转速率。综合考虑物料的主要破碎形式,以磨矿效率因子最大为目标求出磨机的最优转速率。 The main breaking style of materials in operating ball mills involves impact breaking and grinding breaking. The radial collision energy between grinding balls and materials mainly plays the role of impact breaking, while the tangential collision energy mainly plays the role of grinding breaking. In the paper, the rotary velocity ratio corresponding to the maximum total collision energy and the maximum radial collision energy per unit time was respectively calculated under specified conditions. Comprehensively considering main breaking style of material, optimal rotary velocity ratio of the mill was obtained with the maximum factor of the grinding efficiency serving as the goal.
