摘要
为了实现矿井排水管道泄漏在线实时监测及泄漏位置的精确定位,笔者利用光纤后向拉曼散射温度效应和光时域反射技术,结合排水管道周围的温度场变化规律,对管道泄漏监测预警系统进行研究。笔者重点分析了监测预警系统的测漏原理及其构成,并在试验平台上进行了井下管道泄漏模拟试验。试验结果表明,该系统可有效识别泄漏的发生,并可确定泄漏的具体位置,可以用于恶劣环境的煤矿井下的在线监测。
To realtime monitor the leakage of drainage pipeline in mines and locate the leakage exactly, temperature effect of optical fiber backwards Raman scatter and optical time domain reflecting(OTDR) technology were applied to study the pipeline leakage monitor and warning system in combination with variation laws of temperature fields around pipeline. In addition, the working principle and the constitution of the monitor and warning system were analyzed in detail, and leakage simulation test for underground pipeline were conducted on test bench. The test results showed that the system could identify the leakage effectively and locate the leakage exactly. The system could be applied to realtime monitor of underground collieries with severe surroundings.
