摘要 粘弹性材料的阻尼性能通常用粘弹仪进行测试,而粘弹仪的测试频率非常有限,测试结果必须采用WLF原理拓展后才能获得较宽频率范围的数据。本文基于一种称谓波速法的新的测试方法,直接测试了材料的高频阻尼性能。本文对波速法的测量原理、仪器进行了介绍,并对一种粘弹性材料在不同温度下,2~6kHz频段进行了测试,测试结果与经过WLF原理拓展后的粘弹仪测试结果进行了对比,两者一致性很好。 Damping performance of viscoelastic materials are normally tested by means of DMA,but in this mothod,testing frequency range is limited and the testing results have to be calculated based on WLF principle in order to obtain a wide frequency range. This article introduces a new testing method,which is called wave-speed method,in which high frequencies damping performance of material can be tested directly. In this article,the testing principle and equipment are introduced and a viscoelastic material is tested at different temperature and 2 ~ 6 kHz frequency range. The testing results prove to be close to the DMA testing results calculated based on WLF principle.
