摘要
研究了不同温湿度条件下氯丁橡胶型胶粘剂的粘合强度。结果表明,温度、湿度对胶粘剂粘合强度有较大影响,在研究范围内,温度在10~20℃时,粘合强度较高;当温度升高至30℃以上时,粘合强度明显降低。湿度升高至60%~80%,粘合强度有所降低,但均在2.MPa以上,仍然具有较高的粘合力。
The preparation method of chloride butyl adhesive is researched. The influence of the temperature and humidity on the adhesive strength is discussed. The result shows that with temperature and humidity increasing,adhesive strength of chloride butyl adhesive fall down,while if only relative humidity is in 60% ~ 80%,the adhesive strength keeps higher than 2. 0MPa.
