护理干预对冠心病介入术后患者的影响

Influence of nursing intervention on patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

目的总结分析护理干预对冠心病介入术后患者的影响。方法选取2010年6月~2012年11月期间商丘市第一人民医院收治的冠心病介入治疗患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予身心护理干预,比较两组术后并发症、抑郁、焦虑及服药依从性。采用SPSS 17.0统计软件对所得的数据进行分析。计量资料以x±s表示,组间比较采用t检验;计数资料采用χ2检验。P【0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果观察组术后并发症发生率12%,明显低于对照组的28%(P【0.05);术后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、服药依从性等指标均明显优于对照组,P均【0.01。结论对于冠心病介入术后患者给予护理干预能有效减少术后并发症,降低抑郁和焦虑,提高患者服药依从性,值得推广使用。

Objective To summarize and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods A total of 100patients receiving the inter- ventional therapy of coronary heart disease in Shangqiu First People's Hospital from June 2010to November 2012were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group based on routine nursing to physical and psycho- logical nursing intervention,compared with two groups of postoperative complications,depression,anxiety and compliance.Data was analyzed using statistical software SPSS 17.0.Measurement data were expressed as x ±s,comparison between groups with t test;count data byχ2 test.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Results Complications of the patients in the observation group was 12%,significantly lower than the control group 28%(P<0.05);postoperative self rating Depression Scale(SDS),self rating Anxi- ety Scale(SAS),compliance and other indexes were significantly better than the control group,P<0.01. Conclusions In patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention nursing interven- tion can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,reduce anxiety and depression,improve patient compliance,is worthy to be popularized.
