摘要
植物隔离检疫温室的通风系统和围护结构是防止有害生物发生逃逸和交叉污染的重要技术屏障。深圳局根据国家标准"实验室生物安全通用要求(GB 19489)"和"隔离检疫圃分级(GB/T 23415-2009)"等的要求建设了一座负压型植物隔离检疫温室。本文详细介绍了该负压型植物隔离检疫温室的通风系统和围护结构的组件、材料和施工工艺等情况,经检测其气密性效果符合负压型植物隔离检疫温室的要求。同时,针对植物隔离检疫温室的特殊性,探讨了其气密性检测项目和设计中的技术要求,从而为负压型植物隔离检疫温室的建设提供了一个实例。
The ventilation system and surrounding structure of plant quarantine greenhouse is important technical parclose in case of escape of pest and cross contamination.According to country standard 'Laboratories-General Requirements for Bio-safety' and 'Classification for post-entry quarantine station',a vacuum-type plant quarantine greenhouse was built in Shenzhen.In this paper it was introduced that components,materials and construction technology process of the ventilation system and surrounding structure.The effect of air-tightness meets requirements of the quarantine greenhouse.At the same time according to characteristic of vacuum-type plant quarantine greenhouse,air-tightness test items and technical requirements in design were discussed.The accomplished green house established case for vacuum-type plant quarantine greenhouse.
