摘要
近年来,天津口岸检疫人员在进境荷兰百合种球中多次截获穿刺短体线虫,同时发现穿刺短体线虫种群中存在尾型变异的个体与穿刺短体线虫的典型尾型截然不同。为弄清这些尾型变异个体的分类地位,本研究在形态观察的基础上,经18S rDNA基因序列比对及其系统发育分析,发现来自荷兰的HL种群中的7种变异尾型个体在分子上与穿刺短体线虫具有极高的相似性,说明这些具变异尾型的短体线虫归属于穿刺短体线虫(P.penetrans)。
In recent years,Pratylenchus penetrans was intercepted many times from lily bulbs imported from the Netherlands in Tianjin seaport,and individuals with varied tail shapes distinct from typical tail shape of P.penetrans were often found.To clarify the taxonomic status of these individuals with varied tail shapes,DNA sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis based on the ribosomal 18S rRNA gene were conducted.The result showed that the individuals with 7 types of varied tail shapes should be identified as P.penetrans with their molecular characteristics highly similar to P.penetrans.
