摘要
[目的]:探讨半椎板成形术对腰椎抗压强度的影响。[方法]腰椎半椎板成形术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新方法,为此,对腰椎半椎板成形术进行了尸体脊柱生物力学实验。[结果]腰椎半椎板成形术后在前屈、后伸及左右侧弯时的载荷(弯矩)-位移(成角)和载荷(弯矩)-应变曲线均优于正常标本。[结论]腰椎半椎板成形术对于腰椎具有稳定作用,符合生物力学原理,改善了腰椎间盘突出症术后愈合的力学环境,促进了腰椎间盘突出症术后的功能恢复。
[Objective] To study seminaplasty as a new method for treatment of lumbar disc herniation.[Methods] We did spinal biomechanics experiments on corpse,and load- displacement and load- strain curve of flexion,extension and lateral bending motion showed that seminaplasty spine specimens was better than normal specimens.[Results] Seminaplasty had a stabilizing effect on lumbar,and good biomechanical properties.[Conclusion] This surgical methods provide good biological stability,and promote functional recovery after lumbar disc herniation surgery.
