摘要
当前城际铁路建设处于快速发展时期,建设和运营所需的资金是关键,需要积极拓宽融资渠道。通过分析当前城际铁路建设资金筹集现状,提出了保障建设及持续运营所需资金的建议。
Recently,the construction of inter-city railways is developing rapidly,capitals for construction and operation become the most important,thus,it’s needed to broaden financing channels actively.By analyzing the current financing situation of inter-city railway construction,suggestions about capital safeguards for both construction and operation have been proposed in this article.
