中国传统文化对高职院校职业文化培育的影响——基于文化自觉角度的分析

Effect Factors of Chinese Traditional Culture to the Occupational Culture Cultivation in Vocational College——Analysis based on cultural consciousness

从文化自觉的角度来审视当前高职教育所面临的文化困境,从而提出借鉴传统优质文化进行高职院校职业文化培育的必要性,并结合对中国传统优质文化的分析,从"经世致用"、"诚信"、"自强不息"、"亲知"、"和谐"、"创新"等几个因素试图找到其对当前高职院校职业文化培育的影响,以期更好地提升高职院校学生职业素养,促进高职院校可持续发展。

This paper reviews the cultural difficulties faced by higher vocational education from the perspective of cultural consciousness,and puts forward the necessity of drawing on traditional high quality culture for occupational culture cultivation of higher vocational colleges.At the same time,it combines the analysis of Chinese traditional high quality culture,and tries to find out its impacts on occupational culture cultivation of higher vocational colleges through several factors such as 'practical statecraft','integrity','ceaseless self-improvement','knowledge by acquaintance','harmony' and 'innovation',in order to better improve students professionalism and promote sustainable development of the vocational colleges.
