浅谈湖南省高等教育自学考试的改革与发展

The Reform and Development of the Higher Education Examination Program for the Self-taught

湖南高等教育自学考试设立30年来,为湖南人才培养,"两型社会"经济建设做出了重大贡献。当前,湖南正在加快推进学习型城市和全民终身教育体系建设,为了更好服务湖南的经济社会发展对自学考试的改革与发展提出了新的要求。文章首先分析了湖南自学考试面临的形势,阐述了改革与提升质量为湖南自学考试发展的必能选择,提出了加强专业建设,改革高等教育自学考试专业和课程体系;建立"学分银行",探索建设继续教育学分银行和国家考试公共服务平台;充分利用网络技术,提高自考网络管理服务水平等促进湖南自学考试发展的措施。

Hunan higher education for the self-taught has made a significant contribution to personnel culture and the economic construction of the 'two-oriented society' in Hunan since it was established 30 years ago.At present,Hunan is accelerating the construction of learning city and lifelong education system.In order to better serve the economic and social development of Hunan,the higher education self-study examination needs to reform and develop according to new requirements.This article first analyzes the situation faced by Hunan self-study examination,and then elaborates that to reform and enhance the quality of self-study examination is the inevitable choice of its development.Finally,it puts forward some effective measures,such as enhancing professional construction and reforming professional and curriculum system of higher education self-study examination,establishing Credit Bank,constructing continuing education credit bank and public service platform for national examinations as well as improving network management service level by taking full advantage of network technology,to promote the development of self-study examination in Hunan.
