英语在跨文化交际中的强势地位严重冲击了中国国家语言安全。政府应在发展本国国民经济的基础上,鼓励国民进行外语学习,提高民族语言在跨文化交际中的交际价值,最终实现捍卫国家语言权利的目的。

The dominant position of English language in the cross-cultural communication poses a severe impact on the Chinese national linguistic security. Based on the development of national economy, the government should encourage its national to be engaged in the foreign language studies and elevate communicative value of national language in order to realize the ultimate goal of defending national linguistic rights.
