会计专业“课证训一体化”人才培养模式初探——基于浙江旅游职业学院的教学改革实践

人才培养模式的确定是专业建设的关键,也是专业发展的核心。本文在对会计专业进行全面调研分析的基础上,从人才培养模式的内涵与原则入手,以浙江旅游职业学院为例,根据会计专业人才培养的目标和规格,确立课证训一体化的会计专业人才培养模式。

Determining the talents training modes is the key to specialty construction, but also the core of professional development.Based on the comprehensive investigation and analysis of the accounting profession, from training mode and principle of the content, taking Zhejiang Tourism College as an example, according to objectives and specifications of the accounting professional training, establish professional accounting personnel training mode of“course certificate training integration”.
