摘要
班主任是在一个班级中对学生负主要责任的教师。班主任的工作直接关系到班级同学在学习、纪律、思想品德等各方面良好习惯的形成。中职学校班主任必须具有奉献精神,必须对班主任工作有热心、有责任心、有信心,对学生有爱心,并讲究工作的方式方法,担负着培养学生健康人格的任务。
The teacher in charge is responsible for the students in a class.The teacher in charge work is directly related to the classmates formed in all aspects of learning, discipline, moral character and good habits.Teacher in charge must have the spirit of dedication in secondary vocational school, must be on the work of enthusiastic, responsible, confident, caring for students, and pay attention to the work of the way, shouldering the task of cultivating students' healthy personality.
