摘要
高校学生的英语水平参差不齐,尤其是对于非英语专业的学生来说英语课程更是其薄弱科目。文章以问卷调查法和师生访谈法,调查分析了该校非英语专业英语教与学的现状。调查发现,教师的实际教学与学生的学习现状和对英语学习需求之间还存在一定的偏离。师生应共同努力深入沟通,提高教学的针对性和有效性:师生均要树立信心,培养英语学习兴趣;加强学习方法指导,引导学生适应高校英语教学方式;因人施教、分层教学;提高英语教师综合技能,培养高素质的英语师资队伍。
College students' English level are uneven, English curriculum is weak subject especially for non-English majors. Based on the questionnaire survey method and interview method, investigates and analyzes the situation of college non-English majors in English teaching and learning. The survey found, there still exists certain deviation between the current situation of practical teaching of teachers and students and the demand of English learners. Teachers and students should make joint efforts to further communication, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of teaching:teachers and students should establish confidence, cultivate the interest in learning English;strengthen guidance of learning methods, guide students to adapt to the English teaching mode in colleges and universities;hierarchical teaching;improve the comprehensive skills of English teachers, training high-quality team of English teachers.
