从关联理论浅谈迪斯尼动画《花木兰》字幕翻译的策略

From relevance theory to discuss the strategies of the subtitle translation in Disney animation "Huamulan"

本文从关联理论角度出发,归纳了几类常用的字幕翻译策略,并将影片《花木兰》作为个案进行分析。本文认为关联理论对电影字幕翻译有着很强的解释力,为了实现电影预期的交际效果,翻译应当遵循最佳关联原则,从而使观众用最小的认知努力获得最大的影片语境效果。

In this paper, from the perspective of relevance theory, summarizes several strategies in subtitle translation, and analyzes the film "Huamulan" as a case. The paper thinks relevance theory has strong explanatory power to film subtitle translation, in order to realize the expected communication effect of the movie, should follow the principle of relevance, so that the audience can obtain the film context effect with minimal cognitive.
