This paper starts from China's cosmetics product defect treatment status, puts forward the necessity and urgency of establishing cosmetic defect product recall system, and then draw the specific ideas about the establishment and improvement of the recall system of defective products of cosmetics.In order to provide better protection for the cosmetic quality and safety in China, to maximize the protection of consumer rights and interests.
