浅谈高校大学生的职业素质教育

当前,大学生就业难问题已引起社会各界的强烈关注,高校作为人才的培养基地,应当将培养大学生职业素质作为重要目标来抓,充分提高大学生职业素质,塑造大学生就业竞争力。本文就培养高校大学生职业素质的重要意义进行阐述,分析了大学生职业素质教育中存在的问题,提出了构建大学生职业素质培养机制的新思路。

Elaborates the importance on the cultivation of College Students' occupation quality of this paper, analyzes the existing problems in college students' occupation quality education, puts forward new idea of constructing college student occupation quality cultivation mechanism.
