试讲是提高师范生教学技能的一项必要手段,也是促使其能把所学知识运用于实践的重要方式。试讲对师范生的实习和就业有至关重要的影响,但目前在试讲中还存在一些亟待解决的基本问题。本文通过对英语专业师范生在试讲中存在的问题进行分析,并提出方法以提高师范生的教学水平。

Trial teaching is a necessary mean to improve the teaching skills of the normal school students, also make it apply their knowledge to practice the important way. The trial teaching has a crucial impact on the normal students’ internship and employment, but there are still some problems to be solved. Based on the analysis of the problems in trial teaching of normal students of English major, and put forward the method to improve the teaching level.
