本文选取西藏大学的在校大学学生,采用非结构式访谈和职业兴趣问卷测评,就西藏大学的大学生对职业兴趣的关注程度、职业兴趣的表现及存在的问题进行了探讨,期望对西藏大学学生职业规划和指导的开展有所帮助。

This paper selects the College students of Tibet University, Using structured interviews and career interest questionnaire evaluation, mainly discussing their attention of the degree of Vocational interest, Interest in the performance and problems, expecting to help career planning and guidance of the Tibet University students.
