Improvement and innovation of personnel management in colleges and universities

摘要 人事管理是高校工作的重要组成部分,它不仅关系到教职员工的个人切身利益,而且对高校的办学效益与发展有着重要影响作用。传统的高校人事管理工作缺乏主动性与创造性,工作内容也仅徘徊在建档、统计、组织等服务层面,几乎没有发挥其促进或激励员工努力进取的管理效应。为使高校的生存与发展能适应现代教育发展需要,高校人事管理工作必须改进并创新,由被动性改为主动性,由经验性改为科学性,改单纯服务为服务与管理并重,开拓工作思路,创新工作方法。 The personnel management is an important part of the work, it is not only related to the personal interests of staff, but also has an important effect on the running benefit and development. The traditional personnel management in colleges and universities lack of initiative and creativity, working content is only hovering in the documentation, statistics, organization service level, almost not play its promoting or motivate effect of enterprising management. For the survival and development of colleges and universities can adapt to the needs of the development of modern education, university personnel management work must be improved and innovation, from passive to active, from experience to science, change the pure service to both service and management, to develop ideas, innovate work methods.
