高校学生社团在个性化教育中的作用研究

学生社团是相关规定而建立起的学生群众组织,除具有提高学生综合素质、培养学生的创新能力与创造能力、加强校园文化建设等作用外,学生社团还对个性化教育有推动作用。现阶段,我国高等院校学生社团建设中仍存在不利于个性化教育的诸多问题,因此,高等院校应注重学生社团发展情况,从而为个性化教育的实施创设更为有利的条件。

Student associations are the student mass organization with the relevant provisions, is to improve the overall quality of students, cultivating students' creative ability, to strengthen the construction of campus culture functions, student association also has a positive effect on individual education. At this stage, there still exists many problems not conducive to the individualized education construction in colleges and universities student associations in China, therefore, colleges and universities should focus on the development of students' associations, so as to create more favorable conditions for the implementation of individualized education.
