The development of computer network technology has brought new opportunities to education, in today's education, teaching by using computer multimedia technology has been popularized to various colleges and universities, also become a kind of inevitable trend. For the professional course of hotel management, multimedia teaching is a kind of widely used teaching method, with vivid pictures, welcomed by many teachers and students. Compared with traditional teaching method, multimedia teaching more vivid and more to stimulate students interest in learning, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, increase classroom fun. This paper mainly analyzes the application of computer multimedia technology in the professional course in hotel management.
