近年来,由于受到功利主义、个人主义等因素影响,班主任管理工作面临学生价值观念冲突、心理失衡、行为失范、班级凝聚力低等因素的挑战。基于此,本文从"班级梦"入手,以班主任作为班级的领军人物,探讨新的学生工作思路和途径,以期对班主任管理艺术的提升有所启发。
