摘要
本文立足多元媒体时代中国出版业的发展实际,对中小出版社的特色化经营策略作了多视角、全方位的论述,提出了选题策划专业化、板块化,图书出版精品化、项目化,市场营销精细化、特性化等切实有效的经营策略,以为中小出版社改革发展之借鉴。
In this paper, based on the development of China's publishing industry actual multimedia era, the multiple points of view and comprehensive for the characteristic strategy of small and medium-sized press, this paper puts forward the subject plan specialization, plate, book publishing, quality, project marketing refinement, features such as effective business strategy, made the small and medium-sized press reform and development as reference.
