Analysis of motivational strategies on improving hotel employee loyalty

摘要 顾客忠诚是酒店行业共同的追求,而员工忠诚带来顾客忠诚,只有拥有一支忠诚的员工队伍,酒店才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。酒店激励策略的运用能发掘员工的潜能,最大限度地提高员工工作的积极性和主动性,对培养和提升员工忠诚具有重要作用。本文从激励策略对员工忠诚的重要性入手,着重探讨实现酒店员工忠诚的激励策略。 Customer loyalty is the common pursuit of the hospitality industry, and employee loyalty brings customer loyalty, only with a loyal employee team, the hotel can compete in the fierce market. The use of hotel motivational strategies could explore employees’potential, and farthest improve the working enthusiasm and initiative of employees, which plays an important part in developing and enhancing employee loyalty. This paper began with the importance of motivational strategies on employee loyalty, and then focused on the discussion of motivational strategies which could achieve employee loyalty.
