对加强我国基础音乐教育体系建设的思考——基于卡巴列夫斯基音乐教育体系的启悟

在中外教育界都高呼教育要创新的时代,儿童音乐教育的改革和创新在素质教育中的地位和价值越来越受到重视。建立一套科学系统的并符合时代经济发展、人民精神需求的基础音乐教育体系将会对我国音乐教育事业的长足发展至关重要。苏联时期以卡巴列夫斯基音乐教育体系为主导思想的儿童音乐学校的教育给俄罗斯不仅培养了诸多世界一流的音乐家,更多的是提高了整个国民的音乐审美、鉴赏能力,使整个俄罗斯民族充满了艺术气质。本文通过对卡巴列夫斯基儿童音乐教育体系的深入挖掘,希望给我国基础音乐教育体系的建立和完善提供一些参考价值,以利于更好地提高我国国民的精神文明程度。

In the Chinese educational circles all shouting education to the era of innovation, reform and innovation of children music education in quality education and value has been paid more and more attention. To establish a set of scientific system and meet the basic music education system will be the development of economy, people's spiritual needs is crucial to China's music education development. The Soviet era of the children music education with Kabalevsky music education system as the leading thought not only cultivate the many world-class musicians, more is to improve the whole national musical aesthetic, appreciation, so that the whole Russian nation is full of artistic temperament. In this paper, through exploring the children music education system of Kabalevsky, hopes to provide some reference value to establish and perfect our country's basic music education system, in order to improve the degree of national spiritual civilization of our country.
