新形势下高校辅导员职业化建设对于加强大学生思想教育工作,促进和谐校园的建设具有十分重要的作用。但是由于一些原因的影响,当前辅导员职业化建设存在着职业认同感较差、职责重心不明、稳定性不强以及队伍结构不合理等现象,所以必须通过更新观念,深化辅导员职业化认识、构建制度,强化辅导员职业化保障、加强培训,优化辅导员素质结构、完善管理,建立辅导员考评机制等措施来促进辅导员职业化建设。

College counselors professionalization construction under the new situation plays an important role in college students' ideological education work and promotion of the construction of harmonious campus. But for some reasons, current counselor professionalization construction has phenomena, such as poor professional identity, unclear job responsibility, weak stability and unreasonable team structure. So renewing the ideas is necessary, through deepening awareness, building system of counselors professionalization construction, strengthening guarantee of counselor professionalization, improving the structure of counselor quality, perfecting management and establishing assessment mechanism for promoting the construction of counselor professionalization.
