开放式的教育资源已经逐渐被国内外认可并且为教育信息化的发展提供了新的手段。文章阐述了我国高校精品视频公开课的内涵和建设意义,对国内高校精品视频公开课的现状进行介绍,指出了高校精品视频公开课在建设中仍然存在的一系列问题,并对加快高校精品视频公开课建设与利用提出几点建议。

Open educational resources have already become an international identification education movement and also a strategic choice to improve the development of educational informatization. The paper describes the connotation and construction significance of the elaborate open video courses in university, introduces the status and points out some problems of elaborate open video courses, and then put forward some suggestions to improve the construction and use of elaborate open video courses in university.
