This paper analyzes the reform of higher education system, the trend of reform and development of teaching and management in music college, from the change of teacher’s role, learner autonomy, people-oriented teaching management idea and innovation of teaching methods to discuss the goal and direction of teaching management, hoping to provide reference from the study and discussion of teaching management mode in music colleges.
