简论胡锦涛的执政伦理思想

On the Governing Ethics of Hu Jintao

执政党的执政伦理和道德建设,既直接影响到党的执政能力与效果,也会对社会伦理和道德发展产生深刻而广泛刻的影响。胡锦涛执政伦理思想的形成,既借鉴吸收了中国共产党政党伦理建设的一般思想,又在改革发展这个新的历史条件下,根据变动的时代背景及其逻辑,发展和丰富了党的执政伦理思想。本文着重对胡锦涛的执政伦理思想的基本原则,以及对他的"以人为本"、"立党为公,执政为民"和"公平、正义"等有关执政伦理的一些基本原理性问题进行了试探性的研究。

The ruling party's governing ethics and moral constructions not only have a direct influence on the party’s governing capability and effect, but also have great impact on the social ethical and moral development. Hu Jintao’s governing ethical thoughts absorbed the general ethical thoughts of the Chinese Communist Party and was developed and enriched against the new historical background. The paper attempts to research on the general principles of his governing ethical thoughts and some governing ethics including“People oriented","establishing the party for the public, ruling for the people", fairness and justice.
