由于中国五代以前的画作大都已散失。幸存下来的敦煌莫高窟壁画则给我们提供了重要实物例证,为我们研究和了解中国古代绘画甚至历史、文化等都提供了极有价值的形象和图样。本文就早期敦煌莫高窟壁画的艺术价值和文化价值进行分析和研究。

As China's paintings of five generations ago had been lost. The surviving Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes murals provide us with important physical example, provides valuable image and pattern for us to study and understand the Chinese ancient painting history, culture. This paper analyzes and researches on the artistic value and cultural value of early Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes murals.
