字典词典中对"隍"的解释基本上是"无水的护城壕",但是日常生活中人们常用的"城隍"以及"城隍庙",用上述意义似乎无法解释。本文旨在梳理"隍"字意义的流变,并且对各类辞书所释义引证进行归类,总结梳理"隍"字各项意义之间的关联性。

The interpretation of"Huang"in dictionary is basically"anhydrous city moat", but commonly used in daily life"city"and"Town God's Temple", it seems that cannot be explained by the significance. This paper aims at combing the rheology of"Huang"word meaning, and the meaning of dictionaries cited are classified, summarizes the relationship between carding"Huang"the meaning of the word.
