In the background of knowledge economy, an advanced requirement is raised for the college library.As the center of college teaching and research, the college library how to establish literature resource to achieve a new method, has become the development trend of the library in the new period.This paper analyses the present situation of the literature resources construction in college library and the key factors restricting the development of college,proposes the effective measures for the construction of literature resource construction in College Library. Which will build good foundation for realization of literature resource construction in modern college libraries in future.
