高校学风建设是衡量学校的育人环境与办学品味、评价高校社会声誉的重要标志,也是促进学生成长与成才的重要条件。辅导员作为高校从事学生思想政治教育工作的一线教师,负责学生的日常教育与管理等工作,对学风建设起到至关重要的作用。与学生所学专业对口的辅导员从稳定学生专业思想、传授学习方法、指导学科竞赛等三个方面营造积极向上的学习氛围,利于引导、促进与维护高校学风建设。
