生源地信用助学贷款作为大学贫困生资助项目之一,已经广泛在全国各地实施。本文以淮阴师范学院历史学院的生源地信用助学贷款开展情况为例,简述其当前实施现状,探析其现存困境,并提出一些措施用以解决困境。
