现阶段我国高校大学生先进典型培育工作浅析

时代需要航标,社会需要楷模,树立和宣传好典型,通过典型示范和引领作用,以点带面推动全局工作,历年来是我党的优良传统,也是我国高校开展思想政治工作的重要途径和有效的工作方法。针对现阶段我国高校大学生思想品德和价值观变化的特点,研究在大学生中树立并宣传先进典型,明确大学生先进典型的现实意义,探索大学生先进典型的培育机制,充分发挥先进典型的带头示范作用,引导大学生树立坚定的信念和科学的价值观,为更好更快地实现"中国梦"提供强大的精神动力。
