高职艺术院校为满足行业企业的人才需求,大力推进校企合作机制改革,在积极推进工作室制人才培养模式和大平台、小方向专业进阶的课程体系建设的同时,还要求建设专兼结合、结构合理,具有国际视野和行业实践能力的双师型教师队伍,以培养具有良好职业道德的生产一线的高端技能型人才;依托设计研发、技术推广、行业培训、管理机制创新助推区域内行业企业管理的标准化,使高职院校开设专业成为区域行业吸纳专业人才和艺术设计首选资源。
