在深入开展党的教育实践活动中,宁波职业技术学院海天学院加强服务型党组织建设,充分发挥教工党支部的纽带作用,将谈心的传统德育工作方法运用到党建工作中来,以"午间面对面"教工党员与学生谈心活动作为有效载体和重要抓手,精心策划,明确主题,注重实效,针对不同类型的重点关注学生持续开展不同主题的谈心活动;活动开展中灵活运用谈心技巧,注重探索谈心艺术,不拘形式,畅通言路,谈出"真心";在实践中造就高素质的谈心队伍,建立完善的谈心工作长效制度并持之以恒,强化督导,健全机制,形成规范。谈心活动践行群众路线,提高了教育的针对性和实效性,在全院上下营造了团结民主的良好氛围。

In the development of education practice activity of the Party,strengthen the construction of service oriented Party organization,fully play the role of staff Party branch,will use the traditional methods of moral education to talk into the Party building work,to take confabulate activities as an effective carrier and an important starting point,careful planning,clear theme,pay attention to actual effect,according to the different types to focus on students who continue to carry out different themes of confabulate activity; attention to the heart to heart talk art,informal,open mind,talk about 'true'; high-quality talk team in practice,to establish long-term system to work perfect and persevere,strengthening supervision,perfecting the mechanism,the formation of specification. To practice the mass line,increase the pertinence and effectiveness of education,to create good atmosphere of unity and democracy.
